if no one appeals is it worth it to keep? I would also keep mine if someone plans to appeal - has anyone heard if Mr. Bush or others plan to appeal?

We still have 2/26 to grant releases and get pennies on our dollars invested.

With 620,000 shares traded today makes me wonder what is going on with this.
