MBC Real-time Chat Testing under way...

Okay... the very first test copy of the chat program is on the site at http://www.marketbeasts.com/members/applets/Chat.html

Take note: This test version does not connect to other people. It is intended only to let you load the chat program into your web browser and verify that it loads and run. It is functional with in that you can enter messages into it as though you were chatting with someone else, use emoticons, clickable links, etc.

I would appreciate it if you would all give it a test drive and let me know what, if any, problems you encounter (besides not being able to see other members or chat with them ~smile~)

As soon as we complete this round of testing we'll connect the chat program up to other members so you can talk with each other. Also, please note that the real-time chat at our site will be entirely free to all registered members after testing is complete, too... we do not anticipate that we will ever charge for chat access though we will probably have some premium chat rooms you have to be a paying member to access (keeps out the riff-raff ~smile~)

Feedback will be greatly appreciated.
