vero: There are several scenarios, but in the conversion scenario, NeoMedia doesn't have the liquidity to convert enough shares even if YA had a year to sell. But, yes, one possibility is they convert everything and return the assets.

At current average volume, it would take until at least 2015. There are faster ways to a return.
