flaflyersfan, ravmn may be right. MMTC has new auditors. The old auditor is a long time associate and one time partner (hollander, gilbert & co) of the current CFO, hollander. He, gilbert, retired/resigned recently. brennan doesn't have gilbert "covering his arse auditing" anymore so may not (be able to) file...we'll see. See link > Gilbert Please Come Back! lol...

The 10-K (Annual Report inclusive of 4th Quarter) is due this coming week after the 15 day "grace period".

By the way...the truth will be revealed by the SEC and other authorities...not in some PR or filing...

The truth about the 100 unit order will be revealed.

We already know that the 100 unit order never happened as a 10-Q has been filed w/o mention/entry of said such event...
