I am not sure about it, the question is more if by imposing its license on the industry RMBS restrict trade, fraud is a completely separate issue. Frankly, I don't understand how anti trust was invoked by the FTC to start with (except that MU has friends in "high places"), since RMBS is not competing (fairly or unfairly) with any of the dramurais, they produce no chips, and they are willing to offer the same license to all Dramurais.
