If you read the Dalrada/Solvis filings you will find that BONAR was holding preferred. He took it private or sold it. I linked to the PR that said Solvis was a separate pinkie at that time.

Is any body interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit against the company and Mr. Bonar for what appears to be a give away of company assets to various companies which Mr. Bonar still has maitains a financial relationship with. It appears that Delrada shareholders rarely if ever benefitted from these less than arms length transactions. In fact in the 8 years that I held this stock the price has consistenly declined.
