I take it you were using this:
"Q3: The Company successfully designed, engineered and fabricated a plastic premelt system. The premelt system is now capable of accepting mixed, un-shredded plastics in addition to plastics that are comingled with various metals."

as a response to this:
"I did not know the pre-melt was still a priprity through December. I had thought it was built, tested with RKT on site and running by November sometime."

which itself was a response to this:
"As you know the pre-melt was the priority thru December."


And indeed it would seem that the pre-melt was demonstrated to RKT's satisfaction in July, judging by their decision to sign the agreement on the 29th.
I've always wondered whether this didn't pinpoint the actual test date:
"Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement is intended to supersede, limit or in any way modify the indemnity in the Letter Agreement between the Parties dated July 14, 2011 with respect to the Trial conducted on Plastic Feedstock generated by RockTenn’s [***]."

In fact, one would hope that JBI had done significant testing prior to that RKT demonstration.
