From the recent CC, CW did make note that there is another generic on the market right now.

Who that is we don't know (unless cw pointed out who), but I don't think we are correct in our constant treatment of Amphastar and Watson as one liable entity. They are two seperate companies with two distinctly seperate sales area's.

The damage for 'billions' of dollars that this board is hoping for is created by the 1st sale.
