Did you look into that there are two magazines that AOAC publishes in when issuing certifications? Try there. My understanding, one is peer reviewed the other isn't. The fact the AOAC has issued the cert for listeria would show there is publishing. The fact that AOAC is world renown for their great unbiased work and keep in mind has issued a certification for listeria, which is good for a year. It can be updated for a fee of course, yet it stands tall for all to see.
