That is not true.

While no new CDW's have been done since August, conversions are still in the pipe.

One of the longs posted one came due the end of january that equates to 200+ million more shares.

Since the O/S hasn't increased since then, it is safe to assume it hasn't been converted - yet.

But make no mistake - it will be.
