Molina Healthcare, Inc. provides Medicaid-related solutions to meet the health care needs of low-income families and individuals, and to assist state agencies in their administration of the Medicaid program. The Company’s business focuses on government-sponsored health care programs, and includes its Health Plans segment, its Molina Medicaid Solutions segment, and its smaller direct delivery line of business. The Company’s Health Plans segment consists of licensed health maintenance organizations serving Medicaid populations in 10 states. Its Molina Medicaid Solutions segment provides design, development, implementation, and business process outsourcing solutions to Medicaid agencies in an additional five states. Its direct delivery line of business consists of 16 primary care community clinics in California. On May 1, 2010, it acquired a health information management business. On September 1, 2010, it acquired Abri Health Plan, a Medicaid managed care organization.
