akaOUTLAW, again; if anyone read the SEC filings and saw that the company had billions outstanding and less than $1,000 in assets and still chose to invest in PTEL, then all the risk is assumed by the stock purchaser. To argue an investor lost money because they believe Press Releases or because of a company website does not have a leg to stand on.

Recovery specialist? People bought penny stocks which every investment publication, expert, and advisor say that should never be done.

Bad investment decision. Nothing to recover from that but a lesson learned; some more expensive than others.

The company showed $317.00 in cash as of the last 10-Q
