First let me apologize for taking so long to respond for one I have been busy and second I have been ignoring all the emails I get since most of them are not worth my time.

As for Miami although he has made some pretty crazy accusations about me I would welcome his visit, in fact he and a few other local shareholders should come by and check things out maybe Phil Cheese can also come by.

I think it would be good to sit down and have an open discussion with third parties who can then report back to everyone else.

Please have him email me some dates and times for next Wednesday or Friday, Thursday I will be out all day other then that I will make time.
