So what exactly does a broke zero bid scam company with 12+ billion shares issued do?

This is what will happen
A) They fade away to nothing
B) They reverse split to wipe out present holders and then find more folks to dump worthless paper on.
C) They fade away to nothing then B
D) The SEC suspends the company and it fades away to nothing
