I agree OldBen! Wyoming Statutes protect our investment!

Great Post!!! We can still get a settlement on our shares based on the naked short position which may even be larger than any dividend payout. This settlement can occur before or after any dividend payout.

So, I would wait til the dividend issue is resolved AND the naked short issue is resolved. I hope to receive 2 large payouts or 1 very large payout covering both issues.

I would also add that I think that this part of the statutes apply also

(b) Dissolution of a corporation does not:

(ii) Prevent transfer of its shares or securities,

The NMGL A&B's can still be transferred to be redeemed for cash.
