I'm not used to following filings that closely.......how close to exp dates and deadlines for lists of officers, etc. do businesses normally allow themselves to get, before renewing.

Also, which filing takes precedence for CEO, etc. the Nev SOS or the 8K's?

The last merger dissolving seemed to say that the SOS was the only one that really mattered.
