Dennis. You know if you look at all your posts, there is not one shred of information about why anyone would want to buy shares of NWAU and face the uncertainty of this non-reporting company. When, and only when, you can tell ANYONE why NWAU does not just file those audited financials along with form 10, rather than go through the dilutive (and yes contrary to your assertions, the GEIV giveaway is highly dilutive)process of an asset purchase, will you provide any basis for buying this stock. You can't, nobody can, and some of the longs have figured that out. Apparently not you. Why don't you ask
