Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) is a holding company with a principal operating subsidiary, Atlas Air, Inc. (Atlas). AAWW is a global provider of air cargo assets and outsourced aircraft operating services and solutions. AAWW operates four business segments: ACMI, AMC Charter, Commercial Charter and Dry Leasing. As of December 31, 2010, it managed and operated a fleet of 747 freighters. AAWW service offerings include ACMI, whereby it provides outsourced aircraft operating solutions, including the provision of an aircraft crew, maintenance and insurance. AMC Charter services whereby the Company provides air cargo services for the AMC, and Commercial Charter, whereby it provides aircraft charters to customers, including brokers, freight forwarders, direct shippers and airlines. AAWW provides global services with operations in Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Europe, South America, Africa and North America. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it launched CMI service.
