Just FYI, this is my last reply to this posts topic, I generally stay away from this stuff.
Nor are there any inferences...
What did you think was going to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't this an inference? If not I apologize, I only read it one way.
Now to be fair.
Are there any concrete road blocks that you know of which would prevent the AS from being fully converted?
Maybe, have you talked to Bill Kerby lately? I'm guessing not.
I appreciate that there may be some shares which are restricted for a period. However, do they remain restricted forever?
Absolutely not, that would suck! Remember though shares of a company have no real value, only that which is implied through demand. So to say the shares price today accurately reflects the value is speculation at best, which is true for any stock.
I am wrong for being concerned that some large degree of dilution is eminent?
No, this comment is valid, to the trader or scanner here to make a buck, this is a very valid point. It has been done before and I will not suggest it won't be done again. I deal in potential not statistics. My experience in start-ups is the same as every other start-up - what ever you can do to stay afloat you do. Heck, FaceBook, Google, Yahoo, etc. they were all millions in debt. Is NXOI the next FaceBook? Perhaps, but I doubt it. I do however believe they could be a $50M a year company, again not looking at a single chart - just my 3 years.
To me these issues are more certain than potential revenues or earnings resulting from recent acquisitions and partnerships.
I agree which is why I am not justifying anything, but time will tell. If you're a trader, perhaps that time frame is to far in the future, don't care. I'm here because I believe NXOI is a multi-million dollar company that just needs to break out. Will they? Who knows, just sayin'
