Humor aside, I suspect that there will be two limitations on this:

a) WPI can just barely pay single damages. Treble damages will essentially make MNTA/NVS full owners.

b) Indemnification IMO will have some limiting effect. How much is not clear to me - but I doubt it is a completely worthless piece of paper. I don't know the form that that utility will take - but claiming it is utterly worthless in the event of a judgement seems unrealistic to me.

PS Should we run a pool on how long this resolution process takes now? I'd guess about 2 years.
