From what I can find she is multi lingual.
In the PR from April 30, 2010 (nearly two years ago)

Commencement of operations between Winning Brands and South Africa is being coordinated by Winning Brands’ first International Sales Manager, Daniela Relja. “The international development of Winning Brands will involve the collaboration of associates across many cultures. My focus will be on the management of the multi-cultural nature of a global presence.
So what has happened since April 2010 on the International front
Expansion of Australia and New Zealand

WNBD got Progressive (Woolworth Ltd) and Eye Level Distribution - NZ, Metcash/Mitre 10 distribution - AU after she came aboard (majority of these in middle/late 2011)
WNBD expanded reach to South Africa (2010), Ghana (2011), etc.
WNBD expanded to Europe region with Roma in 2011 now on to England and hopefully other regions too in 2012 (after harmonizing regulatory requirements) http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=71787205
WNBD is in more countries now because of Do it Best (Barbados, Phillipines, etc late 2011)
----------
Seems WNBD (to me) needed the skill set Daniela had at its early stage of international roots and potential growth.....
Lot has been done past two years on this front...but not easily seen by some if not most imo
Do your own due diligence; factors and conditions change.
