okay, i made a deal not to post soundbites months ago and abided by it, and after my first stint in jail a few weeks ago, i made a deal with you not to post at all in tornado's alley, and abided by it

supposed 'blatant plagiarism'.....she's never claimed original authorship of everything she posts -- though she could do a better job of it.....it's beyond absurd to assert that she claims as her own creations the many and often quite funny, bemusing, insightful and/or incisive jokes

again, her actions speak louder than your words, and her posts are the evidence.........the most comical of her comical posts are the ones where a joke is posted, and when nobody responds with "har har", she posts it again.......early on, it was standard procedure for her to post a joke at least two times, and sometimes three times, in order to get the necessary response to satisfy her loneliness

supposed 'spamming'.....no iHub rule whatsoever says, per se, that a person can't make (substantially) the same post on more than one board.....I strongly doubt she's ever violated the very clear terms of the quite explicit rule against spam set forth in the board info for Zeev's Politics

oh the lawyerly technicalities, dontcha lov'em

for some time, out of over 3,500 iHub boards currently, tpbbls's board Rants and Raves has consistently been in iHub's 100 'Top Boards' (as has been my board Tornado Alley)

you're actually serious with this reasoning?...lol....a board owner bombarding their own board with posts is relevant as a qualifier for total volume?.....sheesh!

perhaps if that board owner's own posts are taken out of total volume, the status would be quite different, eh?.........and is it any wonder that tornado alley has high volume?......take those same rants and raves postings, and then add the other poster's massive amount of conspiracy theory posts, and voila!.....what would you expect the volume to be?

it is not your place to decide or dictate where tpbbls, or indeed where anyone else, 'needs' or should be allowed to post

no kidding!.....that's up to her to figure out.....but i do have a say in pointing out the abusive posting pollution that is the hallmark of her heritage on ihub..........and i do have a say in rendering my opinion in an attempt to put a stop to this blatant abuse

in this forum, there are no disabilities, everyone is equal, so don't make some overemotional sympathy play out of someone's personal situation that is irrelevant when it comes to this forum.............can she type? (that seems obvious..lol!)......then she is an equal, and has no handicap when it comes to this forum
