It should also lead to a settlement with IFX, Mu and Hynix.
There is a new markman issued by the court that is in Rambus' favor.

Rambus' profits should triple. Litigation expenses should drop.
The CAFC ruling guts the FTC complaint against against Rambus for fraud.
