to John Fleming? One, I am sure they are in a "quiet period" but that does not prevent press releases as some here have speculated. Two, they are not late on their quarterly filing as of yet, so no discrepancy there.
It is just amazing that "some" believe that there is stupendous news on the horizon and is being held back because of the SB-2. Wow, I say look at the last PR. If there was another "means" of financing the SB-2 would once again be withdrawn via a SEC filing. Why do I say this? Well because it too has been mentioned here that there is possibly another financing avenue being "explored" by Mr.Fleming. - Marty
