I can point out a few false and misleading PR's that the company has put out.

Many of those events never even came close to happening.

Remember that PR about 100 slots in the parlor...Slot Parlos closed down

How about my favorite one $300,000 in net revenue for the fight and they will have 1 fight every month for 1 yr.



Here are just a few.

With this event, CGAQ expects USD$300,000.00 in net revenues at minimum, and has plans to sign a television station contract, that would provide a fight card every month for one year. This event is expected to have worldwide coverage.

Mr. Steven Swank, CEO stated, "We are not blowing smoke, we mean business with these projects, and we ask for the stockholders support."

Many of the attendees were particularly interested in the Live Dealer portion of the kiosk. Many companies were interested in placing orders which we should receive in the weeks to come.

In another matter CGAQ has received concerns from investors regarding discounted free trades that were sold to raise money for company expansion posted on the 3rd quarter financials; this is currently being revised and will be corrected in the yearend financial report.

On this matter Mr. Swank stated, "I'd like to thank the people who brought this to our attention, once I heard of this matter I got in touch with the company's CPA and we are having them revised as this is a horrible mistake. Selling discounted stock to keep the company debt free and yet continue to expand is something normal for public companies, but discounted at the prices that have been posted is just ridiculous."

On this matter Mr. Swank stated, "I am very happy to see the company grow this way, we are working very hard to make our goal in CGAQ (becoming the leading gaming and entertainment company in the Caribbean) a reality." The system has created over $450,000 in advance orders since the basic prototype was unveiled. The kiosk project is moving as fast as possible; we have discovered a second manufacturer and have advanced money to build another prototype that we think will give us a tremendous edge in the marketplace.
