So, in the anticipated PR, in addition to an announcement that the merger has been finalized, are we also expecting them to reveal the share structure (or changes to it)?

Regarding the ss, if an increase in A/S or a R/S is considered bad news for investors, what type of ss would be good news then??

Along the same line, so no news about ss means good news?
