Is the CEO going to get a penny stock promoter to pump this baby up?

How else would it fly to $1..I mean that would mean that company would be worth some major bucks...They expect to get that with selling of kiosk? the company has no cash other then those that it gets from the selling of shares, which stands at close to 350mil....Choooochooooooo atrain :)
