Dino, As you know a standard transmission works also. However the claim to fame of the IVT was the fuel efficiencies. According to Carlisle the efficienies are not as previously claimed. This is IMO why dodge passed on the technology and why the Tahoe results have never been published. You make blanket statements with nothing behind them but and your desperation is very apparent. It is time for the company to tell us what is going on with the IVT. I agree it may work as a transmission but what about the efficiencies? Blow your nose, Wipe the tears from your eyes and lets get management to tell us the truth.
