Unfortunately I agree that with flood season coming thus the likelihood of big delay many may choose to sell and move on rather than be tied up in a very shaky investment. Before the risk appeared much lower and holding was more tenable.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
