King Faud of Saudia Arabia died. His brother was named King. His brother has been ruling anyway for many years due to King Faud's stroke in the mid 90's. Shouldn't be a big deal except brother is old, too. His death or the naming of his successor could result in turmoil. There is a changing of the guard coming up in Saudia Arabia, which could have big implications for the US.
