All I can go on at this point is that the first $125,000 of the private placement was for 250,000,000 shares. Extrapolating those numbers over the 1 million raised would lead to 2 bil for the entire private placement. Those shares are restricted for 1 year (although it does not usually appear on the legend) but can be shorted against.
For the math impaired that equals a price of .0005 per share. Not a bad deal.
