The owners have reason to eventually distribute it, or something at least; one reason is so they can be regarded as something other than hardcore criminals and avoid various prosecutions whether civil or criminal....

and because they may wish to keep their personal names at least clear enough to engage in future shady, but permissible corporate offerings. which can't happen if they become known by name, as 100% verified and proven scam artists. they have to come through occasionally in order to have a future at all.

BTW IF WE WERE TO BUY OR SELL ANY FFGO, THERE MIGHT BE SERIOUSLY HUGE (hundreds of dollars)FEES BECAUSE THEY ARE NON-DTC ELIGIBLE AT THIS POINT. according to my brokers.
