I received a Google Alert which linked me to your recent post.

It would have been appreciated if you had contacted me first before publishing information that was directed to a private group of people, the individuals who were in our WebSafety organization. In doing so you published another individuals private email address.

The message you used to precede my email to our Affiliates, ("Hope this also proves to be helpful to all of you who are being scammed by this 'Pump and Dump' group of con men. I could EASILY post loads more if need be..."), could lead people to believe that I am one of the con-man pumping and dumping the WebSafety stock, which I am not. Nor was I a part of the executive management team or company ownership; in fact I have never even owned a share of WebSafety or any other penny stock.

By forwarding my email intended only for our Affiliates, it is apparent you are obviously one of them. Which means of course you were enrolled in the business. I am unsure of exactly how my email and the information in it is related in any way to the WebSafety stock you claimed to have researched for so long, especially considering that I have never had any role in the company/stock other than that of as a paid Affiliate.

I do not spend time on chat rooms such as these as I do not invest in penny stocks. However, since I have become aware of your post, I invite you to contact me directly. As I have always and will continue to act with complete transparency in my business interests, you have my contact information. It is also included in the email you posted, as well. If you care to hide behind "websafetyinvestor", I understand. If you were to make further postings that in any way purposefully misrepresent my relationship as an affiliate to WebSafety for your own benefit, I will look to take action against you. But as anyone who read the email and watched the videos I posted will easily ascertain, you are grossly misinformed and have much too much time on your hands. Get to work and create something, please.
