The pink stocks do not report any type of audited financials, some of them report very shoddy financials, nor do they report to the SEC... The BB stocks report to the SEC and file financials but they are not fully audited as this is an expensive process. They are still considered OTC.

The stocks that trade on exchanges are required to provide fully audited fins and report all insider transactions to the SEC. They also have to maintain a 1.00 PPS or else they get booted back to BB's.

DGTLF is none of these. It is a gray sheet stock with no MM's and a profit warning.... Seems to be a recurring theme lol....

We should have a profit warning party sheesh.

On the bright side, I snuck into a mod position at the hot new FB IPO board..... give it a visit and see if it's worth a 5k block at 30-40 a stub........ The quote changes hourly lol. I'll buy 10 (ten shares) at the open for now, but it could go off at 60..... You just never know.
