I spoke to Stephen Taylor and the CCP office a couple weeks ago.
Stephen told me that they did get the documents from caraway. After switching accounting firms they had 3 different accountants on the audit leave setting it back each time. He said the reason for this is that there is an extremely high turnover rate in small firms.
He said the reason we haven't heard from the company is Peter does not want to give any more false hope on when financials are coming out. This is such BS look at all the investors he has lost and screwed over keeping us in the dark, we are at a penny here come on.
