No Bill, not in this case, this was a BAD company using a BAD TA, a very BAD TA, that had been known for years to be a BAD TA and continued using it despite the SEC actions that were publicly disclosed over a several month period of time. Simply put, they were more than happy to have such a TA since they were issuing shares illegally anyways without Legal Counsel and nobody was watching the safe. The other companies that were doing business were found to be doing the very same thing this company was doing.

Just a bunch of bad people burning shareholder money by selling stories here and nothing more.
