I have had dozens of conversations with DTCC over the last few years in regard to issuers / partcipants and I didn't call demanding anything.

I was only pointing out that their flavor has changed substantially as to dealing with calls. I am sure they have to be frustrated dealing with incoming calls from shareholders and people with limited knowledge of how the system works
