I have never heard of the Blinking thing ? Is that common for Cat's to respond to that. I have never had a Cat, allergic to them, but I have been around them, just have to be careful that I don't touch my eye's... Now male cat's, I can't even be in the same room with them, my eye's will blow up, along with endless sneezing... {:>(((
