I agree - I picked up some ILCO. They just came out with a PR and it's been hammered for the past weeks. I don't know that much about it as there doesn't seem to be a lot of real info on it.

Of all the pinky penny plays, I like IGTN now with somewhere between 100-120 million shares outstanding and a float estimated at about 30-35 million.

Personally, I think the float and o/s, and lack of dilution and dumping, are way more important than the wild eyed claims of promoters, claiming a company has invented the next substitute for oil or that they have a diamond tree in the back yard. LOL
