Not sure if SGR is typing something similar the same time I am, but the form 4 is to make the 10,000,000 shares that Larry Liang was awarded official, and to make 50% 1/2 of them available to be exercised immediatly if he were to want to do so, then 25% more 1 year for the date of grant, then the other 25% 2 years from the date of the grant.

He has not exercised any of the 12,500,000 he has awarded to this point in time. (Not that I am aware of).
