when the president began his address the futures were as follows--s@p (40); e-mini(75); nas100(100) and e-nasd(100). at its conclusion the numbers were (240),(225), (200) and (250) respectively. not a tremendous reaction but slightly negative nevertheless. it will be interesting to see how the mkt. reacts once everything is fully digested. btw, this material is offered as an observation and not in any way as a political commentary.
