What you fail to recognize, or admit, is the fact that LOI, MOUs or SCOs, are used because of the reasons I stated. They don't have to acknowledged as no longer being in existence.

And being a pinksheet company, these things are not investigated by the SEC, so there is never any repercussions from using them as a ploy to create interest.

This statement, therefore is simply wrong.

If the SCO is actually FALSE or proves to be (COULD-BE-FAKE), then there is a breach of public trust and legal problems for them to face
