That is my unfortunate thinking. Obviously we wait till details are announced, but we already know that Illume has 40% of the new company. Anyone that has prefs, most likely has them as non-dilutive. But current common holders, (i.e. us), will feel the brunt of new shares. While volume has been great, not seeing the direction I had hoped.
