He's not, i just got off the phone with him. Thats all retailers. Dan told me that he has been buying and he is going to tell us about it very soon when everything is settled. Skiershop closing is very soon to being done, were his exact words. He did not want to put a time limit on it for legal purposes. but "it's around the corner"!!!! Everything else is closed.
