I have about 35,000 shares. There's an old expression "experience is the best teacher". Joro44, I agree with you that if you have seen UBRG issue the same type of PR's for multiple years and they equate to the same result, then a tiger doesn't change it's stripes. That's calling a spade a spade. If the company does something miraculous great. However, it is a 95% probability that the company will do more of the same and not change. Many times newer investors to a stock will not see that nor have the growing pains that people who've tracked or owned a stock 3 - 4 years have. The jury is still out on UBRG but from what I see, they have backed out of numerous deals over the years. In addition, they should ensure that no PR's are released unless it's an item that has already happened. Otherwise it is just fluff. Hope and expectations are something I had with a lot of penny stocks but the reality of money being lost has taken effect. Mortgage and bill collection companies don't do business on hope. You either pay what you owe or you get sued/go to jail. There's no middle ground. When a company uses stockholder money there may be external factors beyond a company's control. The company should control what it can however too many failures cause people who had hope to get hardened and doubtful. That's when many companies simply find new stockholders. UBRG may be in this boat presently. They should definitely release no more PR's unless they have finalized deals. I'd actually rather not see any PR's until then.
