I agree that everyone has the right to buy and sell whenever they want but when you are a BOD and you know you have a huge dilution and you just released some great results you need to realize how bad that makes you look when you sell over 7 million shares. That is totally different then a regular stock holder like you and me. If he sold once things settled down, I would not have an issue. This company needs as much good PR as it can get and what he did does not help things even though it was his right.
