Folks need to come around, what is ACT, a penny stock with some potential science, a penny stock that has over 2 billion shares, a penny stock that regardless of any scientific stem cell advances institutional investors are prohibited from speculating in, (bylaws), a penny stock that the CSO sells into any positive news, etc., if the dream is to have ACT be a viable company then things need changing and the company has to grow out of just being a R & D company, and that my friends we need to hear straight from the CEO. So far their actions are different then what you'd expect from a company wanting to grow up, that's why the next meeting is so important. The science can be beat expectations, only to move the PPS for a short burst which cannot establish the dream of being a respected company, it takes more than science, it takes a vision for the company, not yours or mine but Gary's and Dr. Lanza's and the rest of the BOD's, shareholders need management's commitment to ACTC for the long haul, last time I looked they were getting paid well.

I would love to invest more into ACT but what is it? The questions to the CEO, managers, directors, needs to change from just about the science (that's important) to what is the future for ACT, and shareholders just like the 40 bond holders, need a little more determination expressing their viewpoints about the company and to the company. I believe the meeting is in June, Palm Springs, that's a little over 120 days away that's more than enough time to ask questions, and get answers from the CEO and it puts them on notice of the importance of representing the shareholders.Again this is just a penny stock but what are the aspirations of management.

I would like to know what management has in mind to raise the PPS, to get off the bottom of the penny board, if they think the science will do it alone, then we need better management.
