I am not trying to be negative. I just asked the question because the share price is down to a point where they cant really raise money, we havent even gotten an update from the shareholder meeting on a simple name change and the one announcement we did get in the last few quarters was an agreement to make an agreement.

Still sitting on shares but at this point I fear we are dissolving or going to be taken private for a few pennies because that last year has not suggested thewre is interest in management to run a public company.

I hope I am completely wrong and 2012 will be one of actual activity and communication, but at 2 cents, my 2 cents does not lean in that direction.
