Actually, my post triggered another question....about a year or so ago shares outstanding were approx. 100 million. After a reverse stock split of 20 to 1, shares outstanding should now be approx 5 million, as the shares increased in value by 20x.

Can someone on this board explain how we now sit at 11.4 million shares outstanding? Did they nearly double the outstanding shares (perhaps through giving employee stock option grants), as part of this "marketing transaction" to generate interest in the stock?

I must be missing something.....perhaps I was asleep at the switch and in the past year or so they have actually doubled the outstanding shares gradually, and if so......ouch to all of us.

Thanks for any info.
