Looks like Morey sold his shell AIMH to, what I believe, are scammers, and they just announced a 1:300 reverse split in a filing. Despite several filings, the new owners STILL have not updated shareholders as to the direction of the company with a PR. People dumping their shares.
May want to reconsider holding any of Morey’s shells: DBTX and STLB.
